Creating Healthy Habits

Interesting how relationships, food, and money connect.

A habit takes 21 days, three weeks, to create.
Imagine and then try creating the below habits to improve your overall life:
- Save $100 dollars a week or start wherever you can. 
- Start putting money away to pay off your smallest bill. Maybe $5 dollars a day. 
- Pray as often as you can during the day, don't consider the length of the prayer. 
- Eat at least 3 vegetables a day and at least 3 fruits, for starters. Watch your sugar intake. 
- Increase the number of times you laugh a day or smile. Can't get enough of this one. 
- Read your bible 30 minutes a day, start with what's comfortable for you and ask God or help to understand. 
- Walk a mile a day. 
- Say something encouraging to an acquaintance at least once a day. 
- Love on your family, your partner, or your spouse all day long. Nothing is too much. 
- Give God thanks all day long, remember He is the reason we're still breathing. 
- Positively affirm your position in life all day long, you are enough, God created you unique and wonderful. 
- Tell negativity and lack their time in your life has expired. Take a deep breath, hold it for a count of six, breathe out and live.
