Creating Healthy Habits

Interesting how relationships, food, and money connect.

A habit takes 21 days, three weeks, to create.

Imagine and then try creating the below habits to improve your overall life:

  1. Save $100 dollars a week or start wherever you can.

  2. Start putting money away to pay off your smallest bill. Maybe $5 dollars a day.

  3. Pray as often as you can during the day, don't consider the length of the prayer.

  4. Eat at least 3 vegetables a day and at least 3 fruits, for starters. Watch your sugar intake.

  5. Increase the number of times you laugh a day or smile. Can't get enough of this one.

  6. Read your bible 30 minutes a day, start with what's comfortable for you and ask God or help to understand.

  7. Walk a mile a day.

  8. Say something encouraging to an acquaintance at least once a day.

  9. Love on your family, your partner, or your spouse all day long. Nothing is too much.

  10. Give God thanks all day long, remember He is the reason we're still breathing.

  11. Positively affirm your position in life all day long, you are enough, God created you unique and wonderful.

  12. Tell negativity and lack their time in your life has expired. Take a deep breath, hold it for a count of six, breathe out and live.
